My Commission TOS:
Can Do:
♥ Crop, resize, and add a name to the piece
♥ Co-own the art with a friend
(Just tell me if the OC I'm working on is co-owned or not and if it'll be shared with the friend)
♥ Use on Twitch as a Banner, Profile Photo, even use for Advertising purposes as well
(Just please credit me as well as any other credits required)Can't Do:
♥ Claim as your own art work
♥ Use for commercial purposes such as stickers, T-shirts, posters, Ect, Ect.
♥ Use the art for hate speech and/or slandering someone
- I will ban you from buying anymore art from me and put you on my blacklist if your found doing this!
♥ You may not edit my work other then the stuff stated in the can's
♥ You may not resell the art made as the piece itself
-if you would like to resell the piece please talk to me before hand and ask to see if its ok
♥ I do not approve or endorse the use of any AI, thus, I do not authorize my work to be uploaded into to AI generators. If you are caught running it through them you will not be allowed to commission me again!

My Adopt TOS:
Can Do:
♥ You may use this as a main OC
♥ You may get more art made of the adopt
♥ You may resell the adopt if you are no longer connected to it
♥ You may use the adopt as a png model for your twitch
♥ You may use the adopt in any banners, profile photos, ect ect.
♥ You may add a background if a version of it was not provided, add your name, crop, and resize to your needs
♥ You may make minor changes to the adopt just not to where it looks completely different
-These changes can include change of gender, species, minimal color changes, and minimal marking addition and/or removalCan't Do:
♥ You may not delete the Toyhouse of the design, If you sell it to someone who does not have a Toyhouse I will provide one for them just let me know ahead of time
-this is so i can keep track of where the adopt goes and make sure it don't get into the hands of someone on my blacklist
♥ You may not resell the adopt unless you have had it for at least 1 month
♥ You may not resell the adopt to someone on my blacklist
-My blacklist can be found on my Toyhouse which can be found in my "Contact Me!"
♥ You may not sell the adopt for more then what you sold it for unless more art has been added
♥ Use the adopt for hate speech and/or slandering someone
- I will ban you from buying anymore art from me and put you on my blacklist if your found doing this!
♥ You may not remove any watermark that is on the art if there is one from the base maker
♥Please do not put your own rules into my designs I have these rules for a reason and I don't want others adding to them, However, you may still lock them if you are connected to them

Commercial Usage Of Adopts:
♥ You may use the adopt design for commercial purposes but due to the nature of where the adopt comes from I cannot allow you to use the art I made for commercial purposes
♥ Once the adopt is used for commercial purposes you may not be allowed to re-sell and/or give it away to anyone even if you lose connection to it
-This is due to if people purchased physical goods using this item the new owner may not be comfortable with the idea of that I'm sorry
-You may retire the design if you wish
♥ You may get art of the adopt and use that for commercial purposes if the artist allows commercial rights to that art if not you need to work it out with the other artist
♥ Make sure to credit me for the initial design of the adopt!~

Commercial Usage Of Art:
♥ Due to the nature of how I make my art comes from I cannot allow you to use the art I made for commercial purposes
♥ If I use a base that I own the IP rights to we can talk about you using the work for commercial purposes however this will need to be done before you post it for commercial uses otherwise I will not allow it as you broke my rules
♥ If I use a base I own the IP rights to I will require double the price I charged you for the piece
-Example: I make art on a base I own IP rights to, I charged 10$, it'll be 20$ for commercial usage

TAT Time:
♥My TAT time varies depending on how backed up I am but I can usually finish a piece within a day or two depending on if my ADHD will allow it and I do keep people updated and send LOTS of wips!

Payment Info:
♥Payment will be sent through Paypal and Paypal only!
-If you do not have Paypal due to certain things and issues we can talk about other forms of payment I am willing to work with you!
♥You are to send as goods and services to keep me and yourself protected!
♥ If I have started your piece I will not provide a refund at all!
♥ If I have finished your art and you request a refund and you get the refund I will blacklist you, block you, and refuse to work with you

Rights:
♥ I have the right to decline any order I feel I can not fulfill due to the complexity of the OC
♥ I have the right to refund the order if I feel the work is not something I am able to do or if the person I am working with is rude and/or not listening to me
-If you are rude to me in any way I deem is rude I will immediately refund you and block you
♥ I will refuse to work with you anymore and refund you if you critique my color work and/or shading work
-I know I'm not the most detailed person in the world however that is not grounds to criticize my work!
♥ I have the right to use the work I have done with a watermark for promotional purposes

What you will receive:
Adopts:
♥ You will receive the Toyhouse
♥ You will receive whatever is in the adopt packet in which I have made for that adopt
Art:
♥ You will receive a version with and without a background
♥ Upon request I can also add a name to both versions

Gif's, Emotes, and Couples:
♥ Gifs are a bit complicated for me however I'm still willing to do them if its in my power to do them
♥ Gifs will be a bit more due to how they are made but we can talk out the price and such since its still an experiment
♥ Couples are more complicated for me if there is a male involved as I don't have many male bases thus I don't really do males often due to this reason
♥ Couples are double the price of a single person commission
♥ Group piece are not something I do and will refuse to do as well as its a lot of work, if you want me to do one badly we can talk about prices and stuff but groups are generally something I refuse to do
♥ Emotes are something I can do with bases you just need to ask, however you may not use them for stickers or anything like that

Art Trades:
♥ I will do art trades do not hesitate to ask and see if my trades are open!
♥ Any art traded cannot be added as value to an OC that's being sold but it can be added as "free art"

♥ Upon request of NSFW art I will ask for an ID, if you cannot provide one I will refuse to serve you
♥ If you buy art for a minor I will blacklist you and refuse to service you again
♥ If you buy art involving a minor I will blacklist you and refuse to service you as well as make a beware about you
♥ I will not make anything illegal
♥ I will not make any hard fetishes
♥ I will not make "cub" porn either
